When you submit the contact form we collect your name, email address, selected visit type, premises location or town, and message content. If you become a client we may also hold booking dates, access-contact details you provide, and correspondence needed to deliver the assessment.

We use this information to respond to enquiries, schedule visits, deliver reports, issue invoices, and meet record-keeping duties. Processing is based on steps taken at your request before a contract, performance of a contract, our legitimate interests in operating the business safely, and legal obligations where applicable under South African law including the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

Retention

Enquiry messages that do not lead to a booking are typically retained up to 24 months. Client engagement records and reports are retained for as long as needed for the engagement and for statutory accounting or legal periods, then deleted or anonymised when no longer required.
